Special services and extras can be added to a booking so that the passenger can transport specific items or access certain services during their travel.
The special services are available in bundles (for details please see Bundles) or individually and they can be added during ticket issuance or post booking.
Regular special services (baggage, sports equipment) can be added up to 3 hours before departure whilst special assistance related services need to be requested up to 48 hours before departure.
You can add the following services/ extras to your booking:
- Extra checked-in baggage – can be added online, though our Call Center or at the airport
- Priority boarding and extra cabin baggage- can be added online, though our Call Center or in the airport
- Priority boarding (standalone) - only at the aiport
- Preferential seats - can be added online, though our Call Center or at the airport
- Pets - can be added online or through our Call Center
- Musical instruments- can be added though our Call Center or at the airport
- Bulky baggage- can be added though our Call Center or at the airport
- Sports equipment- can be added online, though our Call Center or in the airport
- Bicycles - can be added online, though our Call Center or in the airport
- Weapons - can be added online, though our Call Center or in the airport
- Human Remains – if transported in the hold, the service can be accessed only through our Cargo Department. Ashes transported as baggage can be added the same way as regular baggage (or it can be included in the baggage availability)
