Our fares are organised in three different packages to suit the most varied travel needs.
The bundles apply to all passengers on a booking. If you want a certain service for only one passenger you can add that service on the booking or you can contact our customer support team and request a partial upgrade.
Upgrades are allowed up to 3 hours before departure only if the online check-in was not previously completed.
For tickets purchased up to 15 Aug. 2023 (regardless of the travel date) the checked-in baggage allowance for the BIZ fare is two pieces of 23 kg/piece.
If you issued a ticket with BIZ fare prior to 15 August, and you proceed with a date change, the new fare rules will apply as the change implies accepting the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the payment.
