To add special services online you need to access our website in Your booking where you will use the booking code and your last name as search criteria.
After retrieving the booking, you need to click the Modify button in the Baggage&Extras section and you will be redirected to the ancillaries page where you can select the service you wish to add and proceed with the payment.
The same process necessary if you wish to request special assistance, the only difference being you will not need to make a payment as special assistance is free of charge.
