How to modify the name of the passenger

Name changes can be done up to 3 hours before departure by paying a name change fee. The name change fees can be verified in  Service fees and surcharges section.

Name changes can be made only if the check in online was not completed. If you checked-in for your flight, you first need to contact our customer support department to have your boarding pass cancelled. Also name changes are not allowed on round trip bookings if the first flight has passed regardless of whether you traveled or not.

To make a date change online you need to access our website in Your booking  where you will use the booking code and your last name as search criteria.

After retrieving the booking, you need to click the Modify button in the Passengers section and simply edit the name you wish to change. The name change fee will be applied once you edit the name, and it will be displayed in the breakdown of the ticket on the right side of the page.

If you don't want to proceed with the name change and you are just trying to see to make a price simulation, we advise you to exit the booking and not proceed to the next page as the change might be saved on the ticket with an amount to be paid, left in pending.
