How can I book an infant ticket?

Infants are children under the age of 2 years (at the date of travel). To book a ticket you need to fill out the number of adults and the number of infants that will be on the ticket.

Because infants don’t have a separate seat on the aircraft (they travel on the accompanying adult`s lap) they will appear as associated to an adult. Automatically the infant is attributed to the first adult on the booking. For tickets with several passengers, if you want the infant assigned to a specific adult, you need to insert the respective adult first on the passenger list.

If the infant is associated to the wrong adult or you need to divide the respective adult from the original booking, you should request the transfer of the infant first. The infant can also be added to an existing booking but only with the help of our Customer Support team (by contact form or by Call Center).

The price of the infant ticket consists of a fixed fee based on route of travel (further information on this fee is available in our Service fees and surcharges section). For the infant only a stroller (of one or more pieces) is accepted.
